Try clearing all your ram and then go into the folder where you have KSP installed and run the KSP64.exe as an Administrator. Once in Game put your game to fullscreen and make a new save. Works for me atleast

When you say "the folder where you have KSP instilled" do you mean ksp1 or ksp2
