Well, I guess not, considering that gender-fluid means you're constantly switching between male/female (please correct me if I'm wrong). Non-binary means you Identify as they/them, meaning that you're not really switching between genders... Unless your pronouns a he/him/they/them/she/her...
It's not necessarily switching between man and woman, and non-binary is either a neutral gender or anything besides the binary 100% man or 100% woman (technically genderfluid is also non-binary).
But yeah there is probably a better term than bigender for what you describe
The most important is that you are comfortable with how you describe yourself, you can find a mini label if you want to, you can also settle with bigender and genderfluid, or use no label at all.
There are many labels but what you seem to be describing is demifluid lolz its where one half of your gender is static and the other is fluid and yes the static part can be bigender it can be any gender really
Not really. The term you’re looking for is genderflux, which is genderfluid but with non-binary/agender in the middle too
