Binder issue

I have had this binder for nearly a year and it is starting to fry(idk if the is the wright word) ad i am just wondering if it will have worse compressor from before and at what point should I replace this.

yes, they stretch out over time and don't bind as well. i replace mine whenever they just feel kinda raggy
