In my opinion, im not saying do it or dont do it, but if you feel pressured to tell them, or its hurting you thhat you HAVENT told them, you should try to tell them in a slow way or even by just saying at the start, ''Im scared to tell you this, but i just want you to listen and hear me out...'' and then blahblah blah. And make sure, like @unkempt ice said, make sure your either finanically availiable, or freinds/ other family on standby.
