No matter how times I explain to my friends what non binary means and how to use they/them pronouns, they can't understand it.
One of my friends keeps asking "your both genders right?" and the rest of them keep saying stuff like,"look at they" and "them is non binary"
And they obviously keep using he/him pronouns 75% of the time. How do I make them understand.

Maybe try and explain to them how it feels for you. Obviously you don’t need to go into a ton of detail but just stuff like about how maybe you don’t really feel like your either gender. You’re not somewhere in between, you’re separate from it entirely. I doubt they’ll fully ever understand, being non binary and gender dysphoria is something you can only truly understand when you experience it, cishets won’t and that’s fine. Maybe just try and correct them and be serious about it when they make jokes by improperly using your pronouns. Just establish boundaries as clear as possible, and I hope they listen to you ❤️
Just say "imagine a 1 and a 0, im neither"
And if they don't listen to this, then start calling them shit they don't like and after they get upset, explain that's how you feel
(Yea ik I'm prob an ass for suggesting this)
