The bullying part: honestly you just have to accept that what others say can't affect how you function unless you let it get to you. And if you really can't ignore it defend yourself (verbally).
As for the relationship part: If you can't see yourself with him it might not be the best option. You'll be obsessed with him for a while but eventually you'll get over him
