anyways.. if coping fails, that usually means ur overwhelmed, you could try grounding or talking to someone you feel trusted with!!

Grounding is basically a way to pull your mind out of the spiral and back into the present moment using your body or your senses. (if you didn’t know)
grounding has made me over stimulated for some reason and no one wnats tot lak to me

its like none of it actually calms me
have you tried heavy pressure ? (Using weight (pillow, blanket, leaning on something to calm your body) that sometimes helps me while im overstimulated.

The point of heavy pressure is to make your body feel safer and calmer, not stressed. so uhh not really
