so i been homeschooling for 2 years and back in spring of this year i changed my discord name to "delta_airlines" as a joke ofc. but when ppl started calling me delta as if it was my name i liked it and i got used to it

now im in public school and everyone says its unusual/weird, or that it doesnt fit me. now ill just find a new one simple, my problem is finding one that suits me and getting people to call me it. most ppl already know me as [first name] or delta.

im taking name reccomendations i get called emo a lot by kids in school so i might be that but idrk, im just looking for names to suit me. i love foxes and pine trees (slash pine like in florida to be specific) generally a positive person

I would be honest with those who are saying such things. If you are comfortable and the name "delta" makes you feel like you? You should stick with it. Being you is by finding something that allows you to express yourself - even if others wont agree, it's your body and your choice don't let people's thoughts wear you down :)

yea but its just that ppl wont reffer to me that way so i feel its best to just use another nickname i been eying which is Elliot, im gonna adopt it since most ppl ive seen like it and they say it suits me! thanks for the support tho i been tryna tell em that but they dont care
