Are there concerns you have in coming out? A lot will depend on the kind of people they are.
I slowly started conversations with my friends, parents, sister, etc about homophobia and gay people. It takes a long time but I managed to figure out they didn’t really care about whether people are gay or not; so I just texted the family group chat that I’m gay and then went to bed. (This took quite a while, maybe a few months?)
First of all, you should ALWAYS prioritize your safety and wellbeing when coming out to anyone. Evaluate some of the possible outcomes/risks/consequences of coming out to them. Are they religious? Do they have liberal or conservative leaning views? Do they tend to be open minded when introduced to something that is new and unfamiliar to them?
Well my dad always told me that gay people are gross and I always told him il get a family with kids and a WIFE, but idk anymore
then maybe not the best idea to come out to him
Maybe not
I think il just wait ngl, until a good time
Wait until you are no longer dependent on them in any capacity
Okay, thanks for helping me dude
are there any good friends who you haven't told yet who you think would be accepting of you?
Well my best friend knows and he's chill, nobody else
