So my friends dad changed her room without telling her and she has sensory issues about that stuff so she got upset. She told her dad that it bothered her and he laughed at her and then made her watch the news about a guy who was killed for voicing his beliefs. Its seriously fucked up, but I dont know how to help her or what to do.

I don't know how you can help, but that is seriously messed up. It doesn't matter how he changed the room, she is his daughter so he knew about her sensory issues. Even without that, laughing and threatening her (showing that video in this context is an implied threat) as a response to her expressing that she didn't like it is disgusting. I'd actually recommend getting authorities involved
Him threatening her like that is really illegal. I agree with Chloe, getting police is good.
He changed her bedsheets
Is her mother there? Or any other adult she trusts?
I dunno though. I feel like if I do that I might not be able to go to her house next weekend 🙁
Yeah her mother isn't that great either
Ok so let me explain smth to you
Would you rather:
Have your friend be threatened and possibly have mental health issues for the rest of her fucking life but get to go to her house this weekend
Or help her in the best way you can and see her at some later time
But if you think its not major enough for police intervention than thats fine too
Im not sure its major enough
You can always add more, believe me, first hand account right here
It might not be
True
I don't think it is
Try to spend some time with her then and support her as much as you can
I just wanna know how it support her effectively
Well what does she like? Do something with her.
Alright, thanks.
i mean
in my country
dad forcing to change the bed sheets is legal
but father laughing at their child repeatedly is considered illegal, and yes, forcing her to watch a video is also
i can say he could
go to 2 to 15 years of prison according to state and country law
depending on severity of course
The issue isn't the sheets. That is just why she told him she was uncomfortable. The issue is his response
