Hi I struggled with Bulimia from a toxic relationship. It stopped after a 8 hour road trip with food poisoning. to be honest its been a decade but I still fear relapse. I try to eat normal but I watch how much I consume. I don't want to flip the script. keeping healthy is everything. learn about yourself to protect yourself. example. learn how much food intake makes you comfortable compared to be healthy

Thanks for the advice but it’s more the anorexia part that’s the issue. I have a lot of experience with bulimia so I have ways to deal with that but now I just feel like I can barely eat and it’s so unappealing
if you have access to therapy. but if you don't I'm no professional. create an eating habit that will help you
