well, "bi-" is a prefix that usually roughly translates to "two things"
for example, a bicycle has two things that cycle, aka two wheels, and a motorbike has a motor and two things that cycle.
bisexuality would then be sexual attraction to two things, usually male and female people.
afaik, pansexuality just extends that to more and other genders, e.g. the third cultural gender in some african communities, nonbinary people and such
From what I've heard, bi is just attraction to two or more genders, not necessarily just male and female
Pansexual is regardless of gender to my knowledge i believe the correct term is omnisexual
This is what i think as a bi person
that seems weird, because e.g. omniscience is knowing everything, omnipotence is being able to do everything, etc.
Omnisexual liking every gender (with pansexual gender might not be a factor )
I swear omnisexual is fluctuating between attraction to different genders.
Someone who is abrosexual finds that their attraction fluctuates over time.
