So my sister's ex is going psychotic again

So my sister's ex said he changed but i see it in a bad way. we ere venting earlier and my sis brought up bad things he's done. #1, He threatened to burn out house down with Molotov's. #2, he threatened to set off fire works and burn things on our front porch. #3 he has been manipulating my sister. #4, he deleted her snapchat and she had so many important photos on there from our dead grandpa that had cancer. So this is what i did. with very lucky timing, i added her BFF and told her everything. we called her BFF and we told her everything. she got her account back but not on her phone Just In Case. so i am scared but extremely rageful. I carry an 8in knife everywhere. i may be in the wrong for this but i can't help it, if i see him then i can't promise he'll leave alive and i won't leave out of handcuffs. i would die for my family and right now, he is a threat to them so if he does anything, i'm pleading guilty.
