I can relate (or once relate) with this matter. I had a gf at the time, but I thought I liked someone else, but didn’t. Sometimes it’s in your head, illusions you can’t escape unless you stand strong. If you really love your bf, like I (once) did my gf, don’t let the thoughts get to you. Just take some time and think.
