So I came out to my friend about a year ago (he was my closest friend at the time and kind of the only person who I could trust with the information) as bi. Since then, people at my school have been coming up with "rumours". They are thinking that I am gay with my closest friend as I have been to his house quite a few times since then and we know each other quite well. Does anyone here know what I should say or how I could come out to some of them?

Sorry, this is a lot to get off of my chest, I really wanted to tell somebody about this
Have you tried to tell them that you don’t date them or to tell them to stop? (Sorry this might be a bit bland of a question)
is your school lgbtq+ anti
oh yes, countless times
believe not, however some of the people there may be
wow
Try telling the principal or if you have a counselor there, try to talk to them
it is also quite unusual - it is a private school so safety is one of their main concerns
our school has a reporting feature, where you can report any of the 1000+ people anonymously
i may try to use that if it gets really bad
Yea
but people were making rumours saying that one of us said "we want children"
which in my opinion is such a terrible statement
homophobia and just a straight up lie
sorry if i'm seeming really strong about this topic, this is the first place where i am physically able to show my true self without being bullied/hurt
i wish the people at my school were this nice about the situation
Me too
hi everyone
hello
