Challenge the thought; think to yourself any evidence against it or point out holes in the logic
i forgot what the D stood for :/ but i remember it was something to do with continually doing this and not letting negative thoughts from your grasp
I have always had a lot of trouble in certain social situations, especially in large gatherings where I don't really know anyone
but I've gotten a lot better with it in more recent years
