Okay as for what i did: Whenever i started missing my Ex or started feeling upset, heartbroken or lost.
It'd grab a pen, and a empty notebook and start writing. I'd write down how i'd feel for that day or that exact moment.

it'll keep you physically active, so you don't sit around moping and crying all day. You'll be too busy with your hobby to focus ON him, and you'll be able to spend most of your days at soccer with a partially clear head.
