Most people don't recommend diy claiming it can be unsafe but I recently found a site that details how to go about diy in case one is unable to get to a doctor or other circumstances

Im just gonna immediately say that blood tests are non negotiable, even if you're on a "safe" or "low" dose. You NEED to do them every three months. I did my first blood test late and my T was so high it capped out the reading, they didnt even give me a number, and whilst that isnt life-threatening its not good 😭
