i think i am depressed and i have been thinking about you know but have not done it because my friend and my boyfriend have told me not to do it but over the past days i have started to think that my boyfriend doesn't love me anymore and that has lead me to cut my self to the point that i can't walk from the pain and i am starting to break my i have been loosing my mind just a hour ago i was on the floor crying thinking about how much my boyfriend doesn't love me i have not seen my boyfriend in a few days also every time my boyfriend leave he's the only thing on my mind. and my friend say he has no one else to talk to a night (because i'm up all night) and say's none of his friend are up to play games with him

If your having a hard time with telling them face to face maybe leave it on a text or even email, If not then write it in a letter for them to read. Because honestly self harm is never the way to go about things cause that truly can hurt all those who care about you. Even people you may not believe are in your court cause they cant be there all the time.
