I'm a freshman in highschool and I recently joined a new friend group around January, there's was a girl in said group that I've developed feelings for so I proceeded to tell the rest of my friend group. I told them I would tell her the last week of school since I hadn't known her that long but their peer pressure had gotten to be and I decided to tell her in April, she said no of course and agreed to just staying friends after that though she kept bringing up her birthday with I thought was random but ok. She said her parents said she's allowed to date when she's 16, after that almost every day she's around me she makes comments saying for example "I wish I had a girlfriend" while looking directly at me or "someone funny that could make me laugh" after I make a joke. I could be a young dumb kid who thinks to much but please help I BEG OF THOU😭😭😭
