You have a couple of options. If you think it would be dangerous coming out to your parents I would advise against it. If your mom is already catching on I would probably tell her first. If the two of you do become more serious you could bring him back and just say you're gay/bi then too.

I came out a few weeks ago (I'm 13) and have known for a few years beforehand and my mom just denies it completely with no explanation they says she supports me 😭 My dad says I'm too young and might be following the trend but luckily he also says if I'm older and still am then he supports me.

That's common. At your age it isn't super important that they know while you work out who you like. What they mean is that they think you're too young to fully make your mind up.
