#Student Discount Activation – Non-.edu University Email

Hi everyone,
I’m a university student from Tunisia trying to activate the Cursor Student plan, but I’m running into an issue with email verification

My university does not use a .edu domain (I’m not studying in the US). My official university email ends with .ens, which is a valid university domain in my country. Because of this, the automatic student verification doesn’t work for me

I already tried contacting [email protected] but the conversation was handled by an AI bot and unfortunately it didn’t understand my situation, so I couldn’t resolve the issue

I’d really appreciate being put in touch with human support. I’m fully willing to verify my student status by any demonstrated means (student card, enrollment certificate, institutional email proof..)

Thank you in advance for your help I really enjoy using Cursor and would love to continue with the student plan
