#Chats broken with (infinite) `Loading Chat` and `[composer] No composer data handle found`

Hello, 3 days ago when I open Cursor and it went through an update like usual but when Cursor restarted, I landed on login page and Cursor became fresh with no history which is unusual. After that I can't access my past chat, which is nearly across a dozen of projects which I've been using for years.

It's pretty much related to these bug reports, with afaik no existing solution:

I've tried:

  1. Restarting Cursor (didn't work)
  2. Reinstalled Cursor (didn't work)
  3. Tried with past versions (didn't work)

And it keep showing Loading Chat and [composer] No composer data handle found on all past chats, including on new chats post-bug when I reinstalled Cursor. Atp the cursor is broken and I think that the fix should be an update. I need urgent getting this sort out, is there anything else that I can do to fix this?

See the state of state.vscdb
Windows ~\AppData\Roaming\Cursor\User\globalStorage\state.vscdb
Mac ~/Library/Application Support/Cursor/User/globalStorage/state.vscdb

And see if state.vscdb.backup still exists, maybe you can recover from it

After couple K's spent and 1yr of work cursor has cooked me with 1 bug pepesearching

btw when I click on this, the [composer] No composer data handle found error message keeps popping
