I love Cursor! I can have 3 to 4 agents coding in parallel when I'm vibe coding internal tooling and it's amaaaaizing.
However! There's this suuuuuper annoying bug where each file change needs to be manually approved because the agent always treats its worktree files as external and asks for edit permissions.
So I have to click the Accept button 300 times a day.
I'm running Cursor on Windows connected to a repo inside WSL.
Anyone has managed to solve this? Cursor Setting changes did nothing.

I think you need to wait until everything in the chat finishes. Then it will show options like Accept all or Decline. You have to wait for the chat to finish before clicking anything. I was confused by this at first too.

But that's the point, I don't want to click Accept. I just want to auto accept everything if it's a file in the repo (the worktree).

At this point, Cursor should add a feature like “Allow all permissions” for vibe coders running multiple agents in the background : )
