Hello,

I previously contacted support by email, and Jelly from Cursor’s support team confirmed that my $20 GPT-5 Codex invoice would be cancelled as a one-time courtesy.

However, the invoice still appears active on my account and hasn’t been removed yet.
Could you please check and confirm when this cancellation will be reflected on my billing page?

My Pro plan is still active until October 30, so I’d like to make sure everything is finalized before that date.

If the invoice was cancelled or refunded the portal usually shows that activity.
