When I attempt to verify my status with SheerID, I receive the message:
“Verification limit exceeded. We're glad you're enthusiastic, but it looks like you've already redeemed or attempted to redeem this offer.”
I have not successfully redeemed the offer, and my account is still only on the 14-day free trial. I waited a full week to see if the process would reset, but I continue to receive the same error message when attempting to verify.
Any way to resolve this issue?
