Some require a specific IO score, some require another specific performance metric, some might require that you not be an elf, some might require that you have transmog, etc

Like I told you before, that world boss will only be available in Darkshore when your faction is currently patrolling it. He is indicated by a purple world quest icon with a golden dragon border. If your faction does not have Darkshore available to patrol, then the world quest and this world boss won't be available

- Go through the Shadowlands Chains of Domination quest line right from Oribos, get your first legendary (Freezing Winds for Frost Mage)
- Once your ilvl is about 200, then pop back into Zerith Mortis and try again

Per zone will have different questlines, however some zones may be higher level than you can go to yet. That's the typical way to progress and what I would recommend to any new players.
You can also do nothing but dungeons for leveling, however if you're a DPS spec can be difficult to get into quickly.

Honestly, if your goal is power leveling, go Blood and spam dungeons. If you do that, go TBC or WotLK as iirc they have the most dungeons you can queue into and can benefit from the dungeon quests
I did that w/ my Disc Priest and I went from 1 to 60 in about a weeks time, and that's with working 9 hours a day

like i said you dont really need anything but i think there is an option for spells to only show "Important" ones. Use that one, put the rest on the lowest possible and you're good to go. but tbh i would actually test it for yourself if it makes any difference. i can switch between preset 1 and 7 back and forth and dont really notice a difference in framerate

elvui is quite complex. Go to Unit Frames -> individual something (mine is german so idk the correct english thing) -> Player and then configure how you want it to look like. I have mine attached to the informationbar of my unit frame
if you want it detached from the unit frame like it currently is and you just want to move it then toggle the ankerpoints via the bottom left button and then you can move it.

There’s an achievement you have to get. Basically requires you to complete your covenant campaign and reach chapter 4 in the domination quest line

I believe there's an addon that tracks interrupts, long as your in a party, it will show what's been used. I had it once. OmniCD Curseforge Addon does this.
But I know there's also a weak aura for it aswell

cause if so, you could probs just do a 2 and get 25 rating but if you cleared it before you'll need to clear higher than your last fortified clear on spires if that makes sense

No. If you rejoin your old covenant you'll still keep what you have. You should make sure you have 80 renown with them first though, so you avoid the 2 week rejoin penalty

You'll need Shadowlands (expansion, not a DLC) to be able to achieve level 60, yes. Otherwise you're able to reach level 50 and access all other content up till, and including, Battle for Azeroth.

I created a macro for the same thing, you can use the same button to do different attacks depending on if you click shift or not.
for example, i did this for when I click ctrl, but you can replace it with shift
