Blizzard just implemented a system (with Shadowlands, so I don't know if you can access it w/o SL) which allows you to pick the content you level in. Pick an expansion that looks interesting, and you'll stay there until 50.

Of all the tanks, they’re absolutely the easiest. As someone who mains brewmaster, and has a backup Blood DK, they absolutely are
