Hey all, Please correct me or say im right or wrong. When a new patch hits/new raid tier, Mythic cross realm raiding ISNT possible, correct? Blizz opens cross realm mythic raiding up after a certain amount of time to allow it again yes? So in 9.1 when mythic hits, its realm bound again?

when the new raid opens, you can't cross realm pug it until a certain number of guilds clear it, usually hall of fame closes or blizzard has decided enough time has passed for 100 alliance guilds to reach Hall of fame.

Should I look to go hardest difficulty for improved loot chances? Or does difficulty not matter much, and I'd do better to go with the easiest for a quick run? Also, do raid instances reset daily, and is that per account or per toon?

Alright, first the background:
Playing on TBC Classic.
I want to swap between identical weapon swith the same enchant but with different temporary enchants (2 same daggers with mongoose with different poisons) by using the same hotkeys for each poison (Crippling, Wound and Mind-Numbing Poison).

Problem:
Two solutions i found on google and discords were bagslot swapping or ID-swapping.
Bagslot swapping doesnt work because the moment I use more than 2 weapons in the bag they get mixed up and I cant use the same button for the poison associated with the hotkey.

What I found for ID-swapping was the following local function:

Classic is the version of the game from 2004, the newly rereleased first expansion The Burning Crusade is available to play as well. Neither require a purchase on top of the subscription. A large amount of the classic vanilla experience no longer exists in the modern game unfortunately, due to the third expansion, Cataclysm revamping the world. The Burning Crusades quests do however, exist still in the modern game.

The games though I will say are drastically different and in my own opinion have two drastically different designs anymore. Classic/TBC focuses more on the social aspect with the community and adventure of being some dude in a world. Shadowlands is more of the youre the hero of the world and other worlds, and is much more faster paced and focused on pushing the difficulty of the game unless you choose to do cosmetic completionist content.

usually you're fine - the addon updater will get updates as they're released. Just don't be using an addon designed for an old xpac or something - if it hasn't been updated in a year, generally you don't want to use it

Sometimes, it's just a version update is all that's needed. Big addons like BigWigs, DBM, Details, etc. will all usually be updated within a day of a patch being released

You're not getting updated - generally, deleting that indiviudal addon from the interface/addons folder, and then re-downloading the addon itself from your manager, will fix it

Well, hobgoblins can be seen in many different zones, mostly accompanying goblins. But the place in the picture is most likely somewhere in Zuldazar. If you are a new Horde player, you will get there soon after you leave Exile's Reach and complete the Orgrimmar tutorial, and you will end up there at around level 10 or 11.

If you are Alliance, you can get a quest to establish a foothold in that zone once you are level 35. Get on the ship in Boralus for that.

Everytime I press the macro it switches enemy.
Do you know how to make a macro that attacks 1 enemy until it is dead and then sees that and gets another enemy to attack?

You can try /startattack instead of /targetenemy

Yeah. You instruct the macro to target a new enemy. Remove that part and it won't do it.
Target enemy manually by using tab key for example.

Hello! Does anyone know, if i increase mining skill, can i get more ores per node?

has anyone experirenced an issue with gathermate2 where i select the "Show Circles" - "Only while tracking" but it doesn't work

I am herb and miner so I like to switch between them but it only shows the icons and never the circles when I track either herbs or mining

it works if I do circles "Always" but then I don't know which I'm tracking currently as easily..

you have a chance to get a few more ore drops per node along with better materials, same goes with herbalism and skinning

There are mining professions that increace your ores/node, and there are professions that dont increase it

But you NEED to have the mining profession in the expansion you are trying to mine in(Northrend mining->Northrend(Wotlk))

I don’t really remember if I got the mining in oribos (I mine in shadowlands) but I do remember enchanting my gloves with shadowlands gathering

The gathering enchant just increases the speed of gathering mats in SL

Just pick up mining in oribos, you will get a ton more ores that way, and it is not that hard to max it out(Takes around 2 hours combined with herbalism)

But note that at the start of the proffesion maxing you will not get a ton of herbs/ores, it will increase with the herbalism/mining skill

You need a physical fishing rod equipped (the string on a stick that you pull out if you don't have one doesn't count). You right-click on the bait, then on your fishing pole.

They used to be more useful in the past. Now you probably shouldn't bother.

Artifact knowledge is no longer a thing. Everyone is treated as having maximum artifact knowledge.

You cant get renown from heroics, or they might have a really low drop chance, i havent encontered any
