@pallid fulcrum are you depositing the anima? It will just sit in your bag if you get some until you deposit it. Also if you do wqs in all 4 zones you can get 500+ anima a day, plus running dungeons bosses drop it as well. It depends how you want to play :)
@last wolf you don't need to do SL to unlock any of the new races. They just require you complete certain quest chains and achievements to get them. If you go to the embassy in your factions main city (SW for alliance I'm assuming it's Orgimmar for horde) you can click on each of the banners inside and it'll tell you what you need to unlock each of the extra races. You can then google guides which will tell you how to do them :)

Yes any elite dragon quests give you 250 anima :) if you hover over the normal wqs they will tell you what they drop. Depending on how far along you are with your covenant it could be anima, conduits, armour, weapons or gold :)

if the legendary is bis for you, then i'd just go with whatever you can craft immediately
and then upgrade since those prices are actually rather cheap

Hello, I’m trying to Complete the Ready for War Achievement, but for some reason the Starting quest for The First Assault quest line won’t spawn, I’ve done everything YouTube guides and WoW forum guides have said to do, but the quest still won’t spawn for me, though I haven’t completed the quest to get World Quests in Zandalar, though I do have the requirements to complete it done

FYI, since shadowlands pre-patch, you won't be able to obtain the first quest of The First Assault until you have the Heart of Azeroth. This quest chain is no longer available the original way (part of quest that was automatically given upon logging in once high level in BfA). This questline A Dying World is now pretty short because you don't need any prerequisites and can be obtained from the Earthen Guardian at the top of the pyramid in Dazar'alor in Zuldazar. Just follow this quest chain and you'll be directed back to Nathanos after a few short quests to begin The First Assault's first quest Breaking Kul Tiran Will

if you can afford to go straight to 235, it will always be more beneficial to buy the 235 piece than so to say, buying a 190 and the 235 (upgrading from 190 to 235)
the point of the soul ash cost remaining constant is to not punish people for starting at a lower ilvl
the only punishment for not going straight to max ilvl for the legendary are the mats/gold required to get multiple items

You can keep questing wherever. Just go to your minimap 🔎 button and track trivial quests, and look for faded
