guys, is Threads of Fate is an achievement? how will they actually enables alternate alt leveling for your account, since i cant find this achievement everywhere?

i know that we need to complete the main story at least once for our main, then it enables all of our alts to pick a covenant straight away, but what enables this? is any achievement will give us that? since i remember if you transfer into a different account or faction, you need to redo them.

It's 250 before discount. It should be cheaper if you have some reputation with an appropriate faction. Since you are levelling in Northrend, you should probably pick the trainer in Borean Tundra in your faction's main outpost.

Raids provide high ilvl drops (ilvl 200/213/226 for normal/heroic/mythic)

Also the only way to get soul ash is torghast and rarely, the mission table, none of which gives good endgame gear

#

You'll see that a good way of getting gear is doing an even mix of all content as pvp and m+ gear is also very valuable and all three (pvp/m+/raid) contributes to the great vault

hi, quick question about DPS dungeon queues. i've had a queue pop twice, and both times a DPS didn't accept the queue, which forced a requeue... i noticed that in both cases, "my" queue lost the tank and healer, which extends my queue time again by basically the maximum amount of time. is this normal?

You might keep it for the tons of secondary stats it gives (depends on how high your HoA is leveled) but eventually the sheer ilvl difference will win

I am not sure about Shaman, but Fury Warrior is fine.
It is simply inferior to Arms in a PvP setting, but that does not make it unplayable.

Question: I am having a hard time keeping my two pets alive during a serious site that has maybe a couple of mobs in there. For example when I went through a tortoise it was everything that I could to keep them alive but they would die every so often sometimes immediately as soon as I revive them. I was thinking of doing Threads of Fate and play as a Prot Paladin. But I haven't done too many shadowlands dungeons, so I don't know if it would cause issues for the group since I wouldn't be able to lead very well.

Have Heart of Azeroth (probably)
Be at least friendly with all 3 reputation representing zones on your faction's continent (Zandalar for Horde or Kul Tiras for Alliance).
Once all of that is done, visit your ship for the Flight Master Whistle or an upgrade for one.

Sometimes good items don't have any primary stat at all. ilvl is an okay indicator of what might be better. Even if it isn't always true, you will rarely go wrong. Just remember to pick the right armor class.

And be wary of items with grayed-out primary stats. If it doesn't simultaneously have a primary stat right for you in the same amount, then it means the ilvl calculation is skewed and it's better to avoid it unless it's a clear upgrade.

Well you'd have to collect the dalaran and garrison hearthstones through their questlines

the normal inn hearthstone you can just ask any innkeeper if you lose yours

but even then , the dalaran and garrison hearthstones are unable to have their locations changed, only the inn one can have its location changed

The gear you saw was likely heirloom gear, which is obtained on higher level characters.

It is fine. Don't get caught up on achievements if you are truly bored of Shaman; you can unlock them again on the new character and will have no problem doing so if you genuinely enjoy whatever you choose to play.

What do you mean by stuck though, did you get your character into a spot where you can't just walk out or fly out? That kind of stuck? And yes, your only option, unless Blizz ports you somewhere after who knows how long, is to take the Rez and repair your gear

Once the durability of the item reaches 0%, the player can still wear or wield the item, but he does not receive any stat benefits (stats, resistances or armor). If a weapon breaks though, you fight as if unarmed. Items cannot permanently break!

It's just a matter of visiting the nearest repair vendor. You'll have to wait 30 minutes until resurrection sickness to end before going into actual combat, but it's not too bad otherwise.

Yea, I run with two friends most of the time, just making sure things haven't changed since I played last. Tank sets the pace that they are able to do comfortably able to manage doesn't seem to apply anymore.

probably said but the only real difference between pvp and pve statting is that EVERY class wants to stack versatility in pvp
stack stack stack it because of the trinket bonus
so all the gear from PvP has versatility on it

there is effectively no difference between a piece of pvp gear with versatility and a piece of pve gear with versatility

except the pve piece might have less vers and more X stat

Depends on what you want. Custom ability bars change then bartender/dominoes might be good. Full ui then elvui is nice. If you are looking for the fastest way to level then azeroth auto pilot (aap). For raiding you pretty much need DBM. But there are addons for everything
