Probably something you should look up yourself. Just go in the dungeon journal and checkout the loot drops for the raids for transmogs. You could also just find the transmogs/mounts you want on wowhead and see where they can be found

No race gets flying mounts for free. They all need to pay for one. You can get your first one at level 30.
Druids can turn into birds, but that's it, as far as I know.

so far I've only level-ed a druid which was made exponentially easier by having access to stealth and being able to just pass by enemies, something that priest obviously lacks.

Use Shadow specialization when questing. You can switch to Disciple or Holy when in a dungeon.

Those two GPU look decent. RX-560 looks to be the cheapest one that fits within the requirements. RX-570 might be worth extra money though.

Yeaaah the fx aren't specially good cpus. If you can afford it I would recommend jumping to a ryzen zen 3, in the incoming months AMD is going to release the budget SKUs, but it would still be dropping money on motherboard and ram as extras indeed

Ah. The thing is, you can't use flying mount everywhere straight away. You can use them in most of the world normally, especially older content. The major exceptions are:
- Kul Tiras, Zandalar, and Nazjatar (which requires you to complete a lengthy achievement)
- Shadowlands, where you can't fly at this time, but it will be unlocked in the future if you have an appropriate achievement (different from the one required for the zones in point 1).
- Some few selected zones where flying is just not possible.
Since you are a new player, you were likely guided through Zandalar and Shadowlands, which means the only place you are familiar with that allows flying would be Orgrimmar. In reality, you can fly in most of the zones in the game, you just haven't visited them yet.

Make sure that you have all positions checked in your filters. Maybe it only shows you mounts your character can use. Could happen if you already have another character on the opposite faction.

I've never had venari give me a daily quest herself. You occasionally have to hand them in to her I think for some reason, but to actually get them I've never seen that?

Save only your ElvUI folder. It's not downloaded through the app like your other addons. That way you can be sure that your other addons still update properly while preserving ElvUI setting. It's a third party tool, so the settings are not saved on your Blizzard account.

Just do random normal dungeons. People at this point are also leveling (and expected to be doing crazy weird dps / whatevers ), and/or super overgeared and will carry you through it even if you're doing terribly

you need the ElvUI.lua and similar in WTF/Account/(your account)/SavedVariables

you could copy them all though
when you log out, the game renames the existing .lua files (the ones you have the extension hiding on) to .lua.bak, then writes the new ones as .lua
so 1 and 3 are the most recent, 2 and 4 are backups in case something goes wrong

those should contain your ElvUI settings, so if that's all you want to save, then it's enough
you can reinstall the addon normally on your new install, or copy the folders in your first screenshot, your choice
(your first screenshot = basically the prebuilt files everyone with the addon gets, second screenshot = where any changes you made get saved)

What exactly are you trying to do? You mean the old BFA raids? You'd need to use the group finder and see if you can't find a group, which is...given the current issue with scaling and the fact that SL just came out, extremely unlikely
