If you look at the different banners in the embassy it shows you the different achievement requirements you need for each allied race. Once you've completed those requirements and they're checkmarked and green and you're level 50 you should get a quest at the embassy to unlock them

I am on the quest where i need to beath naloth in the walking city and the raid boss in Nazjayar. Since shadowlands lounch i can not acces raid finder because i am not max level. I mean, yeah, most people will be focusing on the new content. You'll have to either use the group finder to make your own raid group or form a raid group with guildies or friends

Most likely you won't be able to, for now. In about 2-5 years the raid might be soloable (if you have the newest expansion at that time).

You will only really see people in auction houses. Or afkers. The active players are all in instances or groups

Without active gametime and only being on a starter account, you're also limited from participating in various chat channels. You can add gametime to your account or have a subscription without getting the Shadowlands expansion, but again, most people are going to be doing Shadowlands content right now

As said, besides the Auction House, there is little reason to visit Stormwind for max level players. Every expansion has a new hub city where you see the most of them. Except Cataclysm, which used Stormwind and Orgrimmar.

The advantages that BM has over MM is unlimited mobility, a better toolkit, and heavy pressure constant dps

MM is even more focus burning than BM. The heavy hitters aimed shot, arcane shot, and multishot use big chunks of focus, and your only focus regen abilities are rapid fire and steady shot

MM can technically put out the higher dps, but you need to play it correctly, manage your focus, and pay more attention to your positioning because aimed shot can take around 2secs to cast in most situations

Most of MM's damage also occurs during its opener and burst phases. Outside of your burst windows, your damage is mostly okay and you're going to be focusing on kiting your enemies while still trying to do damage without either capping focus or running out before your next burst phase

That is because you didn't have a lvl 50 character. You are new to the game. New players are forced through BfA for their first time. After you get your first lvl 50, any alts can talk to Chromie in Orgrimmar/Stormwind and choose an expansion to lvl through.

@foggy coyote that quest chain starts in Grommash Hold in Orgrimmar. One has you investigate a Dragonmaw orc in the Wyvern's Tail, then the other involves checking on some demolishers near the back gate. I also think there's another that outs a Twilight's Hammer cultist in one of the towers by the flight master. After that you do some stuff in Bilgewater Harbor and then take a zeppelin to the Twilight Highlands where you start doing stuff for the Dragonmaw

So yeah, none of the questing for the Twilight Highlands starts until you do the other stuff

As a new player you should be questing levels 10-50 in the Battle for Azeroth zones of Kul Tiras for the Alliance or Zandalar for the Horde

If you open your adventure guide, it can show you where to find the entrance to different raids. They're represented by green circles on the map. To enter one, you physically go to it and enter it

And if you want a group to do it with, you make a group using the group finder tool
