Deadwind Pass is directly east of Duskwood. Just go to Stormwind, visit the region south of it, and go east.

No, I've been learning macros for the past month, I write pretty advanced macros now but still make errors sometimes

When I remove the ,help it shows the tooltip, I guess WoW has a built in redundancy tester for the syntax and when there is a useless condition it error the tooltip even though the spell worked fine

yeah I am pretty sure you can use all appearances regardless of spec for SL, but you still need to actually unlock them in order to use them
like in PTR on druid you can go to barbershop and access the legion cat, bear skins as well as change flight form and aquatic, regardless of being feral or guardian or whatever else

I am considering trying out healing for shadowlands raiding. Is there a good way to try out healing to see how it plays in raids besides just leveling in shadowlands and raiding? Mostly it would just suck to level and hate it right away and potentially have to reroll.
I guess that's not as big of a problem with how quick leveling is.

Legacy content done at level 60 will be perfectly doable like before. It's only during prepatch that things will scale poorly due to us not being max level anymore.

We don't know for sure, but historically the previous expansion is included with the new expansion. I.E. if you buy Shadowlands after release you wouldn't also have to buy BfA.
It's best to keep an ear to the wall until we hear more about how Blizz will approach it.
