@obtuse oar Typically, the leftmost talents are the easiest to use (often giving passive bonuses). Once you are closer to max level, you can replace it with something more viable at any inn or capital city. Or just pick whatever sounds cooler to you.

BFA is required to play Shadowlands, yes
They -may- put BFA in the baseline sub at Shadowlands launch, as they have done so with previous expansions, but there is nothing confirmed on that yet.
As of right now, BFA is required to play Shadowlands, as stated on the website
BFA does also raise the level cap and, in a weird way, Shadowlands is reducing the level cap (due to scaling)

Normal difficulty dungeons, yes. Just exit the dungeon, right-click your portrait and select Reset All Instances to start over.
Heroic difficulty dungeons will be locked after one run, and resets on a daily basis.

The Suramar World quest: Meeting their Quota where you have to speak with Vintner IItheux and then follow his instructions to create arcwine is bugged. After completeing his instructions he doesn't say anything else nor does the quest complete. Everyone who tried this quest had no luck either.
I take that back, although youll need to glitch it, after you throw the correct item in, start throwing different things in before he starts speaking again, it worked for me :)

Hello all. I am very new to WoW. I have tried over years and friends bailed on me before i could get going. I have a few toons. a 90 something druid. A 55 Deathnight and something else. @cosmic hinge Once you have finished the starting zone for your character, you can pick and choose where you go by level. There isn't really a linear story through all the zones as such. Each zone has a story of its' own but the stories aren't really linked to each other by much.

Depends on how you play. I replace turn right and left (a and d) with strafe right and left
You could technically play without strafe right and left keybinds but imo it feels better having a and d strafing

I've been able to mass report bots before using a ticket and a list of name-realm players. The GM assured me they would investigate. I did it before for the druids that farm isle of thunder but they eventually came back.

@jagged badger The highest items are mythic Cara and Zoth at 485 (490 for head, shoulder, and chest) and 475/480 for everything else in mythic Ny'alotha, then you have the 500 cloak and an infinitely scaling necklace.
I don't know all the Cara/Zoth drops but let's say my main, a ret, has 485 everything, 490 azerite, and a 104 neck (ilvl 541).
541+500+(490*3)+(485*11) / 15 slots + 1 unused offhand = 490.375
Neck 104 (ilvl 541) is the current highest in the world, so that person could theoretically have 490.375. Going up one to 543 would make the max 490.5.

You put gems in them which give some extra stats
