The activities don't reward Traders Tender, that comes from progressing the reward track for the month. The activities on that list reward points that fill up the monthly reward track

After you've collected all of your Traders Tender for this month from the chest at the Trading Post, you keep any you have left over and get more from progressing next month's reward track

There are also certain bundles on the Blizzard shop that include Traders Tender, but that's on you to decide if it's worth it

It's generally a good idea to bind your hearthstone to the inn located in whatever questing area hub you're currently actively engaged with. That way once you complete the quests you've picked up you can hearth back to turn them in conveniently

as a priest, what professions should i pick up?

totally doesn't matter at all. you can pick any profession that you like. as a priest you wear cloth armor though, so you can craft some of your own armor if you chose tailoring. some professions require either a gathering profession to obtain mats or you buying them on the AH. like blacksmithing and jewelcrafting for example benefit from gathering ore and gems with mining profession. alchemy and inscription benefit from herbalism and leatherworking from skinning. for tailoring you don't need gathering, since you loot cloth from humanoids. enchanting gets mats from disenchanting magic items.
chose whichever profession you like with all that in mind.

i assume you don't mythic raid or push high M+ keys where alchemy would be beneficial for the longer flask duration.

it does have some minor influence on your gameplay, but mostly if you chose gathering where you want to take detours to gather stuff all the time.
you don't need mining for tailoring, so unless you make more characters that use the ore & gems you will mostly be selling them on the AH for income, which is okay to do.

you don't NEED gathering for tailoring. but ofc you can still pick gathering profession, but you will have not much use for the mats you gather, you would just sell them. it's a way to earn gold, but most profitable at the start of an expansion.

i don't want to push you in any direction, but for my mage for example who has tailoring to craft his own armor i chose enchanting, because enchanting is a gathering & producing profession all in one. you will however also not earn much profit with enchanting sadly. but it is nice imo when you play alone, quite self sufficient when you can craft and enchant your own armor.

you have 2 main professions to chose plus you can always learn cooking and fishing on top of that.

oh, you can buy some bags at some vendors early on.
if you created your wow account within 7 days, you can also get recruited by any wow player and you will get a larger backpack for that 😄

bag space is mostly a problem at the start though, gotta learn what to pick up and what not and where vendors are located.

by the way, you can always chose a different profession if you are unhappy with your choice. you will start the new profession from 0, but that's not a huuuge problem.

I figured that if I play on my DK Bloodelf then I can do the raid, unlock the armor, then itll be unlocked for my paladin because its exclusivley a paladin armor set. However, any experienced player will warn you to NEVER use a character boost on any class you've never leveled to max in current content. Your first pet is whichever one of those five you're currently using. Your second pet from the Animal Companion talent is whichever pet is in the first slot of your pet stable. The first slot is the top-left slot on the very first page. The pet family, spec, and type of Animal Companion pet doesn't matter

oh yeah i also started as dh when i picked up wow. Definitely one of the hardest melee dps to play mechanically however it is meta now and if you learn it other melees will fairly easy in comparison

hero classes have a different prologue connected to their race lore basically but after you finish it you tie up with normal progression whic is BFA afaik

but as i said if you only care about endgame content and dont care about lore etc there's nothing to worry about. DH is one of the strongest picks right now so it's a very good choice but at the same time there's an "inflation" that happens every time a character becomes meta. This means that there are a lot more dh than s2 therefore more "competition" when finding raids, guild or m+

also tank and heal are the "easiest" roles if you dont want to put up with DPS queue times for m+, but they come at the cost of being harder to play because you need more game knowledge and overall have more "responsibility" because your mistakes matter more than a DPS, which usually should only do damage and kick/cc when required

Yeah I mained tanks in ESO and FF reason I went with dps. As dps I feel like I can just have a more care free approach to some degree. And yeah I'm too familiar with the dps que times, it goes the same for every mmo sadly. But I appreciate the help and great advice.

no problem, also mind you that wow endgame is more "sweaty" than the games you mentioned, this also means that people will look a lot at your performance in m+ and raids, to the point that some mid-core or hardcore guilds will bench you. Best thing is to have someone to guide you through everything because its a lot and not easy to pick up starting from addons and weakauras to actual mechanics like kicks, ccs etc.

I'd recommend getting as much as you can out of the starter account, leveling one of each class to 20 before settling on what you want as your main. Then get a subscription or add gametime to level to 60 and learn the full game more. After that if you want to keep playing get the expansion to level to cap, play current expansion content, current endgame content and activites, etc

Keep in mind it is STRONGLY RECOMMENDED to NOT use a character boost on classes you haven't leveled in current content. It has caused no end of problems for both new and experienced players who suddenly have no idea what they're doing

Usually hunter is the most beginner friendly class, but as someone that played it as first class under friend advice, I found it extremely boring in the end even though you could clear story content way easier than other classes

Hunter is also meta currently but it's a very basic class and if you like dh I don't think that there are many chances that you will enjoy it but you can also try it out

All race, class, and spec combinations are viable for all forms of content and the best one is going to be the one you're better at playing and enjoy the most. Death Knights, Demon Hunters, and Evokers are only not recommended because they have their own unique starting experiences and lack a proper tutorial for the game itself, and the game will not automatically guide you to the recommended content for leveling 10-60. You could easily get lost and waste your time in a zone that doesn't scale so you can keep earning experience

If you've never touched WoW, I suggest trying a free trial account to see if it's something you'd even want to stick with (you can level up to 20, for free). If you like it, go with Retail to experience Exile's Reach (newbie island, allow WoW to hold your hand) with some regular classes (NOT Demon Hunter, Death Knight or Evoker) and work your way to max level. WoW Classic is "hardcore" for some players, as it functions as WoW did back in 2004--no QoL changes, no visual upgrades, no achievements, nothing.

That's not a regular action bar, that bar there is only for pet abilities. Mend pet, a pet utility, is your hunter's ability and not your pet's

If you open your spellbook & abilities window there is a tab for pet abilities. One pet has it filled out and the other pet doesn't likely because that pet has more pet abilities

iirc the covenant campaign intros need to be each completed for their respective skips to be accessed since they're technically separate campaigns, if that's what you're referring to. Others also require rezoning/relogging for it to be available. Whether or not you're in Chromie Time als9 likely affects it

After completing the introduction/leveling campaign, once your alts get to the first major quest hub the option to select Adventure Mode to level up becomes available. The leveling/introduction and zone questlines still become available in Adventure Mode, but you don't have to do them and can level up with additional content of your choice

You still get to do them and they're a great source of leveling experience, even more than spamming dungeons, but they're optional in Adventure Mode

But yeah, naturally if you don't do ones that change area phases then they'll still be phased differently

Hey, guys - I have question. How can I easily gear up? I made some dungs and raids, got maybe three items with 450 ilvl but rest of my gear I have from AH and it’s 420 lvl mostly. Now I cannot get loot from raid/dungs, because of the weekly lock. Superbloom also got me this lock

Hi, does anyone have a clue to why i can't mount on my druid? I have the mount up button, i have gotten my dragons and everything on my main but now also on my alt, but i cant mount up on my alt? I can click the specific mount/dragon and that works, but the "summon favorite mount" button doesn't? I have marked favorites mounts as well

you should get it automaticly the moment you hit level 60 iirc, if not, maybe check your adventure guide, it might show a button to start the quest

Give Blizz 24 hours. If you still get the same message, then contact support. It's probably their way of preventing you from accidentally being charged multiple times for 1 sub
