unless you have serious gold reserves most likely not within a reasonable timescale since you are looking at 4 tokens worth of gold to get enough balance for the DF expansion on top of actual playing time to farm both gold to play plus extra to get tokens

I would like to ask if Blizzard, with the new DF revamp Professions done something for when a player want to "unlearn" a profession and "re-learn" it again later in the future. Do you still lose all your progress and start over? Does this happen for everything that you learned from the beginning? I have completed Enchanting and JC (not complete this one) with all the recipes in the game... but i would like to try something new... but im stucked on this situation 😦! Is this still the same and it was from the WoW Vanilla? :/

That's why it's a good idea to pair one crafting profession with a gathering profession that supports it

It's even explained as such by the profession NPCs

Like when you speak to one of the general profession trainers that can teach the basics of multiple professions, when you as about one it recommends the others associated with it

There are some items like in Legion and BFA can teach you any recipes learned from quests if you've abandoned the profession, however you still lose all ranks

They don't want people to excessively swap between professions. If you unlearn one, there's a penalty. That penalty is losing your learned recipes and ranks

If someone could help me here I’d be greatfull. I’m a returning player that only played small amounts in the past. Rolled a bm hunter to 60 for dragonflight. Now I played through most of the campaign but I thought I’d check my rotations using hekili mod now nearing level 70. One thing I’d noticed is the mod is never using beastial wrath? Iv looked and it not in an ignor list or anything? Is this something that should be in my rotation as it seemed great while using it?

Bestial Wrath basically needs to be up as much as possible, it's a core part of BM dps in addition to maintaining as many frenzy stacks as often as possible and keeping up beast cleave during cleave/aoe and using Kill Command on cooldown

If a rotation addon is giving you issues I strongly recommend looking up your spec guide on wowhead and practicing your rotation and ability priority in that section

Pretty easy to get 11/12 in each one before reset just doing the content, no grinding

Potions are usually a single on-use effect, whereas phials and flasks tend to grant a buff or temporary enhancement. If you look up your class and specialization guide on wowhead you'll find a Consumables section that talks about which consumables are useful for your spec as well as info on when you should use them (sometimes it's included in the Rotation section as well)

Generally, you use phials/flasks as a constant buff, and potions when you need to burst some damage out.

And for maximum effect, you use both.

so when you get a crafting order you can't just insert that. ofc you have to start the crafting order first in order to insert the finishing reagent.

i just tried to add them and i couldn't, so i didn't want to start the work order to not craft a too low ilvl item or keep the workorder occupied without crafting. my bad. but good to know, the crafter has to insert the item, which does make sense. but crafter must calculate the cost of the item, since he pays for it.

Side quests are just the exclamation mark.

You'd generally want to do all quests you can find, though. For the Loremaster achievement.

I, personally, tend to go with a traditional gathering/crafting profession setup because it helps me and the guild when we're in middle stages. Like enchanting is helpful to the guild because each gear swap means re-applying stat bonus' and stuff.
