Learning a class can take some time and focus, generally speaking we do that while leveling (because we take the time to understand what each spell do in a practical situation) but dummies are also used to see if we can keep a rotation.

Retail would be better for you, yes, leveling take time, not that much, but is also like the "big tutorial" for your class.
I agree with Ladon that Cata helped, and the LFG too. But each expansion modernised the game and how we think to play it.

yeah you can teleport to your camp, it acts as a resting area so you can change talents in there (and others can too) and there is a little bag in your camp at which you can disable the caravan hyenas canopy and customize your bag of tricks iirc

Yes, you can have warmode on while leveling. Gives a bonus to doing so and you'll be on a seperate layer from PvE players. Just might have the small chance of running into other PvP players who might take the opportunity to take you in a 1v1. But its pretty small.

you can use a portal to shattrath inside your factions capital city. if you're horde then you could try to talk to the mage infront of the portal to get to the blasted lands or hellfire peninsula which might be a better starting point. If you're alliance then one of the mages at the mage tower entrance can do the same

The Campaigns aren't account wide. So you'll have to unlock everything on new characters again

And the Chains of Dominations one is gated behind one of the 9.0 quests, so you probably just completed that trigger

Because after the first few chapters or "intro" to the covenant campaign, the option to skip and go to Korthia after unlocking the soulbind and conduit console becomes available for alts

A fresh 60 that has completed the campaigns on their alts have skips for the intros unlocked

You absolutely can, but the current game philosophy is to get you leveled and playing current content ASAP--going back and doing old content and tying up loose ends once up to date with the current patch so that it goes by faster without feeling like you're going to be left behind

As a new player the default leveling path 10-50 is in the BFA zones of Kul Tiras or Zandalar, and after that Chromie Time becomes available for future characters of yours to level in the expansion content of your choice 10-50. This is just used as a leveling tool though, and the content will always be there for you in-game with or without Chromie Time

Healer specs are hard to solo with. Your best options are queueing for dungeons and levelling that way, or picking an alternate spec for solo content.

Warlocks are crazy good in raids atm, but that may not be relevant to you at this point. Shaman is a great class if you enjoy playing solo too as you can keep yourself alive and are one of the more durable caster classes.

If it’s elvui there’s a toggle all anchors in the general tab but if it’s a weak aura you need to open up the weak aura addon, find the wa used and simply click and move

You are free to play the Trail account to level 20 as long as you want. But as for a Subscription no one is going to do that for you.

Not entirely sure what you mean with that sentence. But when you purchase a token with in game gold they take the amount from across all your characters. But only if you have enough. If you don't then you are unable to purchase the token. Tokens take roughtly 195,000-200,000 Gold to buy.

I am currently trying out survival hunter in retail and I tried to do bg ( while being level 16-18 ) and all the people that I have met there are lvl 19 , do people just disable experience gain in order to play in these low level bgs ? Characters on TBC servers aren’t being reset nor are the servers. They are making all TBC servers into WotLK servers and opening fresh WotLK servers.

first you need to learn flying which you CAN do at level 30 but that wont allow you to fly everywhere. Bfa still requires you to get an achievement and shadowlands requires you to complete chapter 4 of the chains of domination campaign for the first 4 zones and flying in zereth mortis requires you to get the achievement [Unlocking the Secrets]
