Daily Quests having a story focus. What if, for example, we would quest with NPCs and learn about the zone in specific areas of the map, and be told to fuck off to the next NPC in the other area of the map the next day? I think it would be kind of neat.
Repeatable quests could be more like culling threats and gathering information/items, rather than "Kill this NPC, yes, the very same miniboss, for the third day in a row."
Dailies could have a story focus, not only be a daily chore.

Not really. I VASTLY prefer that WoW has Flying and Ground mounts. One of my biggest peaves about FF is that every mount can fly.
