possible when he was alive, that his soul was splitted. When he died the other part of his soul went to the maw (where his splitted soul would also be , with the jailer) . The reason why Sylvanas and Uther had a their soul plitted is because:
Uthers other soul was send to the shadowlands thanks to the light
Sylvanas was ressurected/turned with necro magic into a banshee, so a part of her soul was binded while the other part was sent to the maw

IE : I'm rooting for the Nighthold ritual, with Tichondrius as overseer ( and he is the Leader of the dreadlords ), using this ritual to redirect latent energy ( the big red portal ) on the arbiter

Are we doing rampant speculation? Here's my theory because it both seems neat and matches how blizzard thinks.
The red thing that disabled the arbiter was Azeroth, who died when sargeras stabbed her. The arbiter sacrificed herself to send azeroth to zereth mortis, which is why the jailer wanted to go there and also why azeroth features heavily in the fight. We then technically lose the fight vs the jailer, but azeroth sacrifices herself (there's a theme here) to kill the jailer. Then we use the creation engine to make a new baby azeroth that leads us into the next expansion.

The fact that there is a new encrypted model that is also used in the same scene, suggests that this is most likely her "Soul" model. Basically Sylvanas without being an undead (which makes sense, if Sylvanas would die right now her full soul would go to the arbiter)

Now, her Sibling, An'she, is probably not limitated to Light and Also have an influence over life / nature. Saying that he's only 'from the light realm and a lightweaver' is a theory, not a fact, because we never met him yet.

The only correlation between Night Warrior magic and Void magic is that it looks dark. But in this case it's just a reference to the "dark side of the moon" theme they have going on.

Personally I'd find it weird if Elune used Void magic, and if it was intended to be Void then they probably would've just used the brand new Void magic SFX they made for BFA, but instead they used a distinctly different and unique SFX palette.

And we did have a lot of spells referring to the Moon or the night that were not shadow, for example
Embrace of the Eclipse, Lunar Beacon, Moon Burn, Lunar Suffusion (from the Font of Elune), etc. (all of which are Arcane by the way).

If you look at Night Warrior Tyrande's spells specifically:
Elune's Wrath deals Nature damage, Convocation of Elune is Physical, Nightfire is Arcane, Power of the Moon is Physical, etc.

(Although that's game mechanics, which are not necessarily a source of lore and don't tend to be super reliable, like how some clearly magical fiery spells sometimes just deal Physical damage or whatever)

Well, in any case the arbiters symbol is just the general head shape of the arbiter (with the fanned out crest thingy she has) with the orb/chest hole thrown in the middle of it. It really is just a coincidence, unless you think that they rushed the arbiters design in like the month between 5.3 launch and shadowlands launch
