the point of them was to cut down horses or cut through armor so they needed to be fast enough to actually do that

In any case, if we do it Mak'gora style, with no armor and one weapon each, and you're coming at me swinging like a Dark Souls 1 character, I'm winning every time.

Large swords require momentum to be effective. Sometimes, swordsmen would even kick their swords to give them a boost into their swings. 'Cause once you start swinging a Zwei, you don't stop until you've won.

Longswords, on the other hand? I just need to take one step, and you're dead. Humans are squishy. We're more fragile than you think. By the time you manage to get that Dark Souls overhead attack prepared, I'm already inches deep between your ribs. And all it took was taking a step with my sword pointed at you. Don't make fun of poke attacks.

And, to answer your previous point about katanas and poke attacks, they aren't built for that, but you can absolutely thrust with one and cause fatal damage. It's a sharp piece of metal.

but some default object sizes are weird, lights cant be used outside due to lag (known and probably will be fixed before midnight), house upgrades (like chimneys, and materials for your house) are missing sources, buying expansion items requires expansion currency (imo this is fine the first time but if you want multiples this is going to be insanely frustrating), dyes take inventory space (there are 62 dyes - this is straight up stupid and they should be digital items like furniture), and plants dont get removed from your plot when you buy it

A stabilized wretched would be more akin to a normal blood elf, the point of wretched is they just literally feed off of arcane energy to the point that it’s unhealthy. If they know when to stop and be like “oh maybe I should go eat something and take a shower” I wouldn’t consider them wretched, I’d consider them a blood elf teetering the edge of becoming wretched

I think I figured out the skyriding issue on alpha, it isn't anything to do with skyriding itself, but momentum increase/decrease causing the DCs

it happens too on any kind of big knockback or the sliding effects in the Nalorakk dungeon

A bug as old as the DH fel Rush. Its the server not computing with speed increase which was allegedly a way for them to prevent hackers blitz through stuff

But they did not account for DH fel Rush back then, and now sky riding. the DC decreased over time but the cases erupted again with skyriding, and sometime it caught fel rush in it again

Yeah and those movement speed increase add also another "sweet" bug when you're not disconnected. Sometime during the rush if your path collide with random texture or bump on the floor it can multiply the speed increase, meaning you become a torpedo that is propelled to the other side of the map / room

That's why having fel rush included in the DPS rotation of the DH was never and will never be a good idea tbh

( amongst many other reasons )

( that how I ended up on the waterfall on the other side of the map , the one you can't reach by normal mean, in the Shrine of the Storms dungeon one day xD)

Typically, what happens when you copy a character atm.

The api do copy it, but the successful response ends up on a timeout, and thus send an error, which translate into " failed to copy " instead. but the copy did happen. And everytime you start again it queue up another copy.
I had only three copy when I last logged out. now I got six
