but overall the faction is pretty neutral since they have been functioning as their own thing for X amount of years

I think they want to streamline the main story for new players as much as possible. I think that’s appealing to those that enjoy rpg’s like assassins creed, god of war, GTA, etc. where there is the main story but 75% of the other story is through side quests. I think the average or newer wow player doesn’t pay as much attention the deeper aspects of the lore as we like to do here in this discord. As long as it’s engaging for leveling and gets them to endgame content then it’s profit for blizz. I think it’s just the newer generation of player and they are trying to balance. If you want to enjoy more story, the side quests are there for you.

It's so you enjoy an occasional tertiary bonus in WoW but no one can get overly lucky
You need double the avoidance stat to go from 15 to 20% I believe and 20% is a pretty hard cap

True, but like wouldn’t it be cool to be able to run at 60% mount speed once you cap your speed bonus (as a hypothetical). I don’t think that’s something that would break the game and it would also encourage people to do more outdoor content since they wouldn’t want/ need to mount up to go 10 yards.

The problem is that I just don’t feel more powerful than my toon on live. Yeah the gems add some variety and slight power but it’s doesn’t feel gratifying
I don’t want it to be so trivial that I’m one shotting everything in SoO like on live, but if I can solo let’s say garrosh like it’s a real 2-3 minute fight then I’m cool with that.

I guess my other gripe is barrier to entry for end game raids atm. Can’t get enough bronze to upgrade gear for heroics so stuck grinding things that don’t give a lot of bronze so it’s kind of a bad cycle for a while. If heroics truly drop 10k+ bronze then I’m cool just doing that content. But the barrier of entry to that content is just too much.

Yes and personally I just want comestics but I don’t want it to feel so grindy to get all the ones I want like it was in plunderstorm. So I feel kind of forced to upgrade to get into higher end content that awards bronze more quickly. Idk it’s a weird and annoying dilemma.

Its a fix to a broken system. Having a gatekeeped campaign final step releasing with the opening of the last LFR wing made people complete the campaign that spoils you the raid cinematic ending before going into the raid ...

If it ask you if you want to witness the end of the raid or to experience it and put you in a queue instead it might be a tad better I guess
