The feature preview shots. These are supposed to be the most cinematic shots to sell the Zones to the consumer, to pump the excitement. If your first foot thru the perverbiale door is a mass of reused assets and not something new, that does not invoke confidence and completely undersells this new content as lazy. This is why I hope those "leaks" are fake as I would hope Blizzard to be above that.

And the reused assets are harpy assets that we see in every single harpy lair and titan pillars and constructs in a Titan zone from this expansion

Also - for all we know some of this stuff COULD be placeholder. We don’t know where this expansion is in development

Those are clearly meant to look like thet are from the Feature Preview video. Which means they are already feature complete zones, in a ready to ship state. You don't out unfinished zones in a Feature Preview.

I have seen some amazing landscapes in the #EpsilonWoW tag on Twitter

The construct is very clearly the same, the stairs are too blurry to tell. The butterflies I don’t know. The pillar could be, but also couldn’t. Zel manipulated the angle because the pillar asset she shows is fucking massive in-game and is used in tyrhold. And the other side of it is transparent and has crazy light beams going through it

These are both invalid. If you look at the aerie peak statue in game and take a look at it from the side angle you’ll realize the beak is different from the one in Khaz Algar. It’s a remake of the statue in higher fidelity

The cheetah while it looks similar, it’s not spotted

These are all accurate. Zel was right on all the ones she pointed out in the canyon desert pic

And then the birds. They’ve never been used in game and were just added in a recent patch. That’s not a reused asset. As for the foliage, it could be? Maybe it’s not. Can’t tell but I won’t rule it out

the basic shape of the tree matches fine. It's also got that little split branch at the end. It seems like it's missing a branch midway, and then has a bunch of stuff possibly added, unless that's just background trees

Reused assets are done all the time in all of MMO, and those assets might have been developed at the same time as DF and introduced into the next expansion etc.

Most of the wow models and structure are the same generic 3d objects with new texture on it

The first example that comes to mind are the Drust. We had drust assets in Drustvar and we had the same stuff in ardenweald. Did people complain about reused assets ? no 🤷

The first zones introduced aside from one tend to be the leveling zones, then you have an endgame zone and endgame areas in the old zones, then new zones get introduced and occasionally old ones revamped when revisited. That's been the pattern, continues to appear to be the pattern, and it would be unreasonable to start thinking that's going to change without any official release statements or notes stating otherwise
