About a week late, but I'm skimming the chat and saw that. Reminded me of something similar.
Had a guy on Skyfury do that to me last week when I "stole" his copper ore node that was on top of a small cliff. Doofus was moving away from it, but it turns out he was just circling around the long way to get to it as he was apparently too incompetent to get it from the ground. Guy totally went off on me for it too in a whisper.
I'd have been more than happy to accommodate the jerk as I've got better things to do than argue with an idiot over three units of copper, but I couldn't even whisper him back, so I just reported him for the initial abusive chat, then mailed him the copper and said that I hope it was all worth it.
And yes, a couple hours later I got the canned "we've taken action on a player you reported" response, so I really do hope acting like a child over three pieces of copper ore was worth whatever happened.

you can get UI bundles from various places and also for things like ElvUI and Windtools there's export strings but without a full installer like the bundles you would still need to adjust stuff plus if your resolution is different and the person doesn't use auto-scale in ElvUI then you need to adjust anyway
I'm smolbrain though when it comes to that so have zero idea how you build an installer 😄

my go to recommendation
if you install it tho make sure to FIRST disable the automatic upload of screenshots. default config auto uploads everything you screenshot. you dont want to insta upload sensitive information so make sure to disable the host upload in the "Task after Capture" or whatever it would be in english
