yes they did. BUT they did not remove the "artifact" section in the transmog. but you will find your artifacts in their respective categories (like arcane and frost mage has staff, so it's among the staff transmogs, and the outlaw rogue swords are in the 1 handed sword section, and so on)

You can buy a cosmetic item during nobelgarden (Easter weekend), for the currency of whatever nobelgarden has, but you can only xmog/use them during the event, which is silly.

i know you can transmog your artifact thunderfury or some shit on daggers as long as you are outlaw so there is that but as soon as you switch your spec to sub/assassin the transmog is gone (and comes back when you switch back to outlaw) maybe there is a bug i dont know about but whatever

either with a macro or by having set for specific specialization you can apply the artefact at the same time as they are exchanged and transmog the now equiped 1 hand with the help the previously supposed to be mogged 2hand that will not be mogged and apply to the 1 hand instead
artefacts are not specialization specific but class specific
as long as you have the right weapon equip it'll let your mog into them , change weapons at the same time as you apply however you want and because artefacts take a longer time to scan and apply you can change weapon in between that split second and it'll apply on the newly equip weapon

If it's anything classic like MC or Naxx, if the boss can drop hunter gear directly, they can even if there's only one shaman soloing it. If however they drop a token that you use to generate a piece of gear, it will only generate shaman gear, in the specialization you selected.

For real. Like if you don't like it just ignore it. Plenty of people post custom sets that nobody comments on, but when there's a full set you feel the need to spam your snobbery. If you can ignore one you can ignore the other. Or say "I bet that set would look better if you swapped out for X shoulders or Y belt".

@keen heath actually, using legion artifact tmog is unique in that way, that you can use any other weapontype and use that instead. or at least should, dunno how it is for rogues, but for me, for example, i can use a staff as elemental shaman and still use the fist+shield tmog, which is my legion transmog.

FYI - replies auto-ping. It's not like he went out of his way to ping you. Someone used a built in discord feature. I wish there was a way to disable these but it is what it is.
You can manually disable it, but most people don't, and there's not a way to have it 'opt in' instead of 'opt out'

the @ on at the right is a toggle, just click again so it says @ off
It only works that way when your the person sending the message, if somebody replies to your message and doesn't turn it off it still pings.
It doesn't disable pings towards yourself.
