I think one part of Mog that i dislike about current WoW, is that many things have to be Mirrored. Like these shoulders, Left and Right, exact same dent patterns. I wish they had the technology to make this a difference.

It's not a tech limitation, just time saving or a design choice

the modelling team are probably under time constraints so they make a lot of models and textures by mirroring. It also makes textures half as large so it can be done for performance reasons

If it is a hidden appearance that you do not have for a particular weapon, look up the weapon's name in Wowhead, there should be a guide on how to start the questlines to collect said hidden appearance. Once collected, the appearance will be available in your xmog closet to choose from when changing your mog

ya, I think I figured out that much. I have the hidden appearance base version unlocked for The Silver Hand, as well as the Void appearance from 200 WQ. I unlocked them on a paladin I don't play that much any more. Can I unlock the 30 Legion dungeon skin on a different paladin? and am I correct in assuming that all you have to do is have the hidden appearance showing, but not actually needing to have the artifact weapon equipped?

so, it turns out, you have to do the 30 dungeons on the character that unlocked the hidden skin on. I had the script to track the progress on my 2nd paladin, and I was not getting any progression towards the 30 Legion dungeons (I unlocked on an older paladin). Fortunately, I looted the Holy pally hidden skin drop on my 2nd pally doing LFR Antorus... really quickly I might add... I looted it on the first ramp going down to the first trash pull. I unlocked the hidden skin, and started doing dungeons. Lo, and behold... I started getting credit for dungeons towards the skin I'm farming (yes the script showed progress this time)

I know you've heard enough of people saying "AI slop" but doesn't mean everyone immediately is just gonna stop. It takes you more time to make the images and edit them together than it does to just... not.

Heres ddifferent criticism, check the gear before you upload it as a transmog set. I mean this as in this set is impossible to wear ingame. You are using priest locked shoulder and gloves with a mage specific weapon, and the weapon does not sheathe on back. You're missing an offhand possibly as well, no way to tell for sure.

I totally agree. It is only the background, veteran players recognise every piece without or with any backround. To be fair it is like use the game without addons bevause it is thrid party and only use the game’s given resources.
