I never played world of warcraft, and I tend to get hardcore but I'm rather anxious that if I start wow I'll see myself hugely lacking than others and always at a disadvantage. Many lost opportunity of titles, achievements, skills, etc. What's your guys takes?

There are enough catch-up mechanics to get you caught up. All you need to be competitive in the current patch's endgame is stuff from that current patch. Modern WoW design philosophy is that nobody gets left behind

And everything else you can easily backtrack and complete once you're caught up with current content

Will this effect break Blind/Sap from my focus target?
Also i noticed some top rogue streamers dont use 4 set, instead just 2 set, is there a reason?

i feel like the people who are getting upset, arent upset because theyre being pinged but because of what the ping is about, in which case, good riddance

i didnt even see the ping because i have the channel muted from last year (and since i check the news and twitter regularly) but i figured it was probably what i thought it was and unfortunately i was right - some people just suck
