But you have to craft them or buy them with Plat, Platinum being the currency you buy with money. Which is also tradable between players.

This is my favorite one released so far <3 He's Chroma Prime, Primes are upgraded versions of the normal Warframes you can earn through normal gameplay. They aren't actually that much better, often just higher health, armor, shields and energy values and that's it.
