we could be drastically underestimating the size of dinosaur horns due to how fosils are preserved, horns are primarily formed via keratin which is unlikely to fossilize.
thus. there might be actual discrepencies with how BIG those horns really get in a lot of paleoart
and perhaps the most extreme modern example (to show that it is possible) would be bighorn sheep
