the WeakAuras one is the only one I know of so far that particularly features SOME help with coding, but it's primarily for WeakAuras code (which is still Lua)
There's also another server for Blizzard API, but that's for things like the auction house. Things that are web API, not ingame API (also something which has been discussed as of recently because lately we can't grab AH data. TSM for example can't grab it. You can still do a full scan of the AH in game and get data, but it takes much longer than having it auto-update outside the game.)
